• Patient records (including health/dental data): a minimum of 10 years, as required by Turkish health regulations (Hasta Hakları Yönetmeliği and Sağlık Bakanlığı mevzuatı).
• Marketing consent records: retained until you withdraw consent.

• Our clinical team — dentists and patient coordinators directly involved in your care.
• Trusted service providers — our form submission processor (Formspark / submit-form.com), email service, and CRM tools, all operating under data processing agreements.
• Analytics providers — Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Yandex.Metrika (see Section 7). These receive anonymised or pseudonymised data.
• Legal authorities — where required by law (e.g. Turkish Ministry of Health inspections, court orders).
