Most of our patients find they have at least a few free days during their visit. Here's what we recommend:

Explore Kaleiçi (Old Town) — Roman harbour, medieval walls, and rooftop restaurants
Visit Düden Waterfalls — 20 minutes from the city, dramatic views over the sea
Konyaaltı Beach — a long pebble beach right in the city, perfect for an afternoon stroll
Local markets — fresh produce, spices, Turkish delight, and great prices
Day trip to Pamukkale or Aspendos if your treatment schedule allows

Practical Tips for Your Visit

Currency: Turkish Lira (TRY). Card payments widely accepted; ATMs plentiful. Most patients find their money goes much further here.
Weather: Antalya enjoys over 300 sunny days a year. Spring and autumn are ideal — warm but not too hot.
Visa: UK, EU, and many other nationalities enter visa-free. US / Canadian visitors need a quick online e-Visa (a few minutes to apply).
SIM card: Local SIM cards are cheap and available at the airport. Useful for maps and keeping in touch.
Tipping: Customary in restaurants and taxis — rounding up the bill is always appreciated.
